JumpKourt

Booking Policy

Last updated October 2026

This Booking Policy applies to all court reservations at JumpKourt Pickleball & Café ("JumpKourt"). By submitting a reservation or payment, customers agree to the booking rules below. This policy should be read together with JumpKourt's separate Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

1. Reservations and Payment

1.1 All court reservations are subject to availability, operating hours, published rates, and applicable booking conditions.

1.2 A selected court slot may be temporarily held while the customer completes payment and uploads proof of payment. A reservation is confirmed only after JumpKourt staff verify the payment.

1.3 If payment or proof of payment is not received and verified before the reservation hold expires, JumpKourt may release the slot for other customers.

1.4 Customers are responsible for verifying the booking date, time, court, duration, number of players if requested, and contact information before submitting payment.

1.5 Court rates, applicable fees, and payment instructions will be communicated through JumpKourt's official booking channels.

1.6 Customers must not submit fraudulent proof of payment, misrepresent a payment, or use another person's payment confirmation without authorization.

1.7 A booking confirmation grants permission to use the reserved court for the specified period. It does not grant exclusive use of the entire facility, parking area, café, or common areas.

2. Cancellation and Customer-Initiated Changes

2.1 Once payment has been confirmed, customer-initiated cancellations are generally non-refundable. This includes changes of personal plans, failure to attend, late arrival, or failure to use the reserved court, subject to applicable law.

2.2 JumpKourt does not accommodate direct rescheduling requests initiated by customers. If a customer can no longer use a confirmed reservation, the customer is responsible for finding another person to take over the original booking and for arranging a new reservation at their preferred available schedule.

2.3 Any replacement booking must be booked and paid for separately through JumpKourt's official booking system. The original booking remains valid and non-refundable unless the original slot is transferred in accordance with JumpKourt's booking procedures.

2.4 JumpKourt does not guarantee that a customer will find a replacement. Any transfer must be coordinated with and acknowledged by management before the original booking holder is released from responsibility.

2.5 Customers should contact JumpKourt through its official communication channels to report a proposed booking transfer or any issue with a reservation. Contacting JumpKourt does not itself constitute approval of a transfer.

2.6 A customer's inability to find a replacement does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or a different time slot.

3. JumpKourt Cancellations, Interruptions and Refunds

3.1 If JumpKourt cancels a confirmed reservation or is unable to provide the reserved court, management will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

3.2 If a reservation is affected by severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, power interruptions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, management may suspend play or offer rescheduling, credit, or a refund as appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.

3.3 If a session is interrupted after play has started, management will consider the duration of the interruption, the availability of replacement court time, the reason for the interruption, and applicable legal requirements when determining an appropriate remedy.

3.4 Nothing in this policy excludes refunds, remedies, or consumer rights required by applicable law.

4. Arrival Time, Late Arrivals and No-Shows

4.1 Guests should arrive early enough to check in, prepare their equipment, and begin playing at the reserved time.

4.2 Court bookings end at the scheduled time regardless of whether the customer arrives late. Late arrival does not automatically entitle a customer to an extension, discount, or refund.

4.3 Customers must vacate the court promptly when their session ends to avoid disrupting subsequent reservations.

4.4 Unused playing time resulting from late arrival, early departure, or a customer's decision to stop playing is generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

4.5 A no-show occurs when a customer fails to attend the reservation without prior cancellation or an approved arrangement. A no-show is generally treated as a completed booking for payment purposes, subject to applicable law.

4.6 Extensions are permitted only with management approval and when the court is available. Additional fees may apply.

5. Customer Acknowledgment

By making a reservation or payment, customers acknowledge that they have had a reasonable opportunity to review this Booking Policy and agree to comply with it, subject to applicable Philippine law.

Facility use, safety, and conduct are covered by the separate Terms & Conditions.
