Bookings are confirmed only after staff verify your uploaded proof of payment. A reservation is held for a limited time while awaiting payment; unverified bookings may be released after the hold period expires.

Once payment is confirmed, reservations are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. A reservation may be rescheduled only when circumstances beyond anyone's control — such as severe weather, natural calamities, or government restrictions — prevent play, subject to court availability and at management's discretion. Please arrive on time and follow all posted house rules. To respect nearby residents, keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM; excessive late-night noise may affect future court availability. JumpKourt may block or reschedule courts for maintenance or events, in which case affected bookings will be notified by email.
