Bookings are confirmed only after staff verify your uploaded proof of payment. A reservation is held for a limited time while awaiting payment; unverified bookings may be released after the hold period expires.

Once payment is confirmed, reservations are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. A reservation may be rescheduled only when circumstances beyond anyone's control — such as severe weather, natural calamities, or government restrictions — prevent play, subject to court availability and at management's discretion. Please arrive on time and follow all posted house rules. JumpKourt may block or reschedule courts for maintenance or events, in which case affected bookings will be notified by email.
