Do I need an account to book?
No. You can reserve a court without creating an account or signing in — just pick your slots and check out.
How do I pay?
At checkout, scan our GCash or bank QR code, send the exact amount, then upload a screenshot of your payment as proof.
How long is my slot held?
Once you reserve, your slot is held for 30 minutes so you can complete payment and upload your proof. If we don't receive it in time, the slot is released for others.
When is my booking confirmed?
After our staff review and verify your uploaded payment proof. Until then your booking stays in a pending state.
How do I check my booking status?
Use Find Booking and enter your reservation reference (or the email you booked with) to see whether it's pending or confirmed.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Once your payment is confirmed, your reservation is final — we're unable to offer cancellations or refunds.
If circumstances beyond anyone's control get in the way — severe weather, natural calamities, government restrictions, or similar disruptions — we may be able to move your reservation to another time, subject to court availability.
Reschedule requests of this kind are reviewed case by case and granted at management's discretion.
